King Simeon of Bulgaria's memoirs, A Unique Destiny: The Memoir of the Last Tsar of Bulgaria, Prime Minister of a Republic has been translated into English and will be published by Stackpole Books in October.

There is a great interest in foreign language titles because many of these books won't be translated into English.
